Copy this format to use in a ban appeal:

This is not an excuse to rage at admins or players. Making a ban appeal that simply insults the admin that bans you will lead to your ban not being lifted and a possible forum ban. Ban appeals are not chat spots. Unless you can vouche for a player, do not post in a ban appeal. If your ban is lifted and your actions do not improve further appeals will be denied and your ban time will increase.
