Gmod update

Due the recent update, Open aura is broken. But with the help from Untouchable's friend "Chancer", The game mode is now mostly playable. I say "mostly" because of the few glitches I have found.
Known glitch I have found and not limited to..
violently shaking pistol when held at side.
Many sounds not loading, Such as the BEEP of CPs talking.
Several weather mod features not working.
Let me know if you find any other glitches and I will do what I can to fix them.

Weathermod worked just fine before the update.

Yeah, Weathermod likely needs to be updated because the update is likely messing it up. It's not compatible anymore.
