As the agreeing party you are responsible for any and all donations made. Here at DTJNB we try our hardest to keep our players happy and the community intact. You must understand that the term donation is just that: donating. There is no guarantee that you will receive before mentioned bonuses, benefits, or items quickly after donating. You must allow for 'life happens' situations if either Nathan or NuggetandSkull cannot be reached in any way. Should this situation occur, explain to one of the admins that you donated so that they may try to get the attention of the community owners. It is understood that, while we appreciate your donation, we do not allow any lax treatment to our donors. Breaking community or server rules can and will lead to losing privileges should the offense be severe or often enough. No benefit or flag should be considered property as you donated for the benefit of the server. Donating is not a transaction for an item and treating it as such will not lead to your donation being considered a purchase. Seeing as the chaotic situation of roleplaying can lead to the death of a character with benefits from donating it us also understood that the death of a character with flags can mean you may transfer the flags to a new character as long as the now dead character is deleted. If a character is banned for abusing privileges then the flags will not be transferred.

Nathan reserves the right to not give bonuses to donors should their history prove malicious. He also reserves the right to award or revoke donor bonuses at any time for any reason.
