General City Information

City Sixteen is a newly established city with a dark and foreboding sky. The weather is random and the temperature can fluctuate. The mornings and nights can become incredibly frigid and the middle of the day can be overwhelmingly hot. The city itself is in good condition as it was not a major area of conflict in the Seven Hour War. At all times there are at least one unit on the corner of the streets. A unit can be found standing in front of the ration terminal and at least one can always been found in the plaza. There are no cameras in the plaza just yet. Mounts can be found but nothing comes out to watch the citizens. Cameras are up in the Nexus and literally no crime can be gotten away with in that area. The slums are currently off-limits (being purified by the Union) and any attempts to reach them will lead to a major punishment. Once the slums are prepared for citizens, living in them and walking in them are permitted.

There are multiple, empty buildings still available for citizens to use as a shop but they come at an incredibly hefty price for normal citizens. The city is not overly populated so it is not rare to find citizens alone in an apartment. Each day more citizens are arriving and with them come loyalists, common citizens, and future fighters in the rebellion.
