/me looks around the plaza.
**GenericCivi runs across the plaza, towards the bridge.
/me notices the citizen, and walks over to him.
**GC notices the CP approaching him and goes to a stop, walking away steadily.
/me steps towards the citizen and says “Citizen, why were you running?”
**GC turns to face the CP. “I just need to get to somewhere, okay?
/me raises an eyebrow, and examines the citizen. He notices that his eyes are bloodshot and is carrying a suitcase with a bag sticking out of it.
MPF-CUSTOMARY.04.13372 says “Citizen, face the wall.”
GC: Listen, I haven’t done shit!”
/me attempts to grab the citizen by the arm.
**GC is taken by the arm. He attempts to struggle.
MPF-CUSTOMARY.04.13372 says “Stop moving, citizen.”
**GC nudges his elbow at the unit’s stomach, attempting to hit him.
/me takes a step back, winded.
**GC uses the distraction to take off running.
/me regains himself and presses two fingers to the side of his helmet, activating his radio.
MPF-CUSTOMARY.04.13372 radios “Citizen running from unit with possible contraband, over.”
RADIO: Copy that unit, take down.
/me upholsters his USP swiftly and flicks the safety off. He pulls the slide back and cocks the gun.
/me Aims the sights at the back of the man’s knee. He squeezes the trigger.
/it A loud shot rings through the plaza and the yell of a man can be heard.
**GC falls forwards, smashing his head into the ground and dropping his suitcase while letting out a curse. “Fuck!”
/me jogs over to the man. He turns the safety on and holsters his pistol. He attempts places a boot on the man’s back while radioing.
**GC lets out a gasp of air as the unit stomps on him.
MPF-CUSTOMARY.13372 radios “Citizen down. Searching.”
Radio: Bring him in and place him in for “questioning”.
MPF-CUSTOMARY.13372 radios “Copy that.”
/me reaches over and attempts to grab the citizen by the arms.
**GC lies there, not resisting.
/me pulls his arms up and then reaches for a tie with one hand. He places it around the man’s wrists and secures the citizen’s hands together.
/me attempts grabs the citizen by his arms and pulls him up.
**GC is pulled up, saying “Fuck you.”
/me attempts to pat down the citizen.
**GC is searched.
/me finds nothing, but then takes the suitcase and opens it.
/it a few bags of white powder spill out.
MPF-CUSTOMARY.13372 radios “Citizen in possession of contraband. Taking for questioning.”
Radio: Put him in room 2.
/me pushes the citizen and begins to lead him to the nexus.
**INSIDE NEXUS**
/me leads the man into the cell room, walking him over to one of the interrogation cells. He opens the door and throws the man in.
**GC lands on the ground, scraping his chin on the floor.
/me walks away, heading back out on patrol

Character backstory: Jordan Kaden, 25, came to City 16 in 2016 on the 6th of March. He abided the rules set out by the Union but hated himself, the Union, and the city. He lived in depression, wishing to be free. He was mal-nourished and in a state of wreck. After spending two months in the oppressed city he began to notice the perks of being loyal or joining the Union as a Civil Protection unit. He pointed out citizens breaking laws and even reported a friend to the Civil Protection when he was in possession of contraband. Jordan had no friends, but he was qualified to apply for Civil Protection. He wrote his application out and handed it in to the Nexus the next day.
